We are seeking a results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
with expertise in paid search, display, and social campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data and creativity to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution
– Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel paid media campaigns while ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and performance goals. - Performance Monitoring
– Track campaign metrics using analytics tools to identify trends, report performance, and recommend improvements. - Optimization
– Continuously refine campaigns through data-driven insights and creative problem-solving to maximize ROI. - Budget Management
– Monitor spend, manage pacing, and allocate budgets effectively to achieve desired business outcomes. - Cross-functional Collaboration
– Partner with designers, content creators, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns. - Industry Research
– Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to enhance strategies and execution.
Paid Media Focus
- Develop and implement paid media strategies to reach and engage target audiences.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Optimize performance through A/B testing, bid strategies, and creative iterations.
- Generate reports on KPIs, budget utilization, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Integrate paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years
of hands-on experience managing paid search, display, and social campaigns. - Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and Adobe marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Experience managing paid media budgets and driving measurable ROI.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Blueprint), or other digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with
