Job Description: -

1) Kauvery Hospital is looking for a Project Success Executive to assist Project Success Officer" in implementation of "software-enabled process" at Kauvery Hospital.

2) The Project Success Executive's role encompasses supporting and/or leading entire spectrum of project implementation at various units/hospital from initial kick off meeting to Implementation, Monitoring, Standardization and Management of the project.

3) "Project Success Executive" will serve as a bridge between our software partner and Units/hospitals during the entire life cycle of the product at Kauvery Hospital.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• To assist in conducting buy-in meeting with Hospital leadership and acquire their approval for software implementation.
• To advise the Hospital leadership in choosing the right Unit SPOC for the role of Unit's Process success officer.
• To assist in the requirement gathering from Hospitals to complete configuration of the Software system by liaising with our software partner and unit SPOC.
• To assist in providing expert advice to unit SPOC in meeting the pre-requisites (gaps closure) for product deployment at the unit.
• To ensure product configuration or customisation as per the hospital need.
• To coordinate with hospital SPOC & assist/lead implementation meetings and calls with hospitals as well as with other departments.
• To assist in performing System testing and Process validation which includes Testing new digital infrastructure and validating workflows using the new system.
• To assist in providing user-trainings to the stakeholders during the pre-implementation stage of the project.
• To travel to unit and check preparedness of departments for product launch.
• To assist in the Launch of the product at the unit along with Unit SPOC.
• To drive adoption at the unit by continuous engagement with the unit SPOC/stakeholders for one month.
• To liaise between Software partner and hospital for Post implementation support queries.
• To support Product success officer and Unit HODs through Unit SPOCs in carrying out various evidence based process improvement activities based on the data, which leads to measurable improvements in process.
• To have sound understanding of Analysis on large data as well as small data.
• To assist "Product Success Officer" in handling multiple Implementation projects at any given time.
• To conduct periodic training sessions to ensure clients and internal teams remain proficient in using the software effectively.
• To assist "Product Success Officer" in providing support for units undergoing quality accreditation.
• To organise and facilitate monthly review meetings with the stakeholders to evaluate deployment progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• As a part of project governance, adhere and complete "predefined activity tracker" and "daily planned activity tracker".
• To produce and deliver Monthly reports & MIS.

Skill-sets required -

1) Analytical Thinking: - A Project Lead should understand difficulties or issues, visualise them, analyse them, and then provide solutions to software partner or stakeholder. This also includes proficient research skills, logical thinking, and presentation skills.

2) Decision making skills. The Project Lead role often requires making decisions. This important skill help the incumbent assess a feature/situation/issue, including risks and benefits, receive feedback from stakeholders & software partner and make a decision to bring about an optimum result.

3) Documentation. The Project Lead's role entails documentation throughout the product's implementation Journey. The incumbent should be good at Basic knowledge in generating Business requirement document and workflows and presentations.

4) Data analytics skills: - Ability to analyze big data, provide insights to HODs, and derive evidence based process improvements.

5) Communication:- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Requirement: -

A degree in IT / Computer Science with MBA/MHA.

Preferable experience: -

Experience in assisting to implement software enabled projects at Hospitals.

Assistance can include, but not confined to documentation, training, liaison services etc.
