Job Overview

As a Senior SAP Project Manager at KaarTech, you will lead and manage complex SAP projects, ensuring their successful delivery in our Chennai location or KSA. This full-time role requires leveraging your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and project management to drive transformation initiatives. You will play a crucial role in aligning technology with business objectives, providing strategic oversight, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • SAP S/4HANA expertise with a proven track record of successful implementations across diverse industries (Mandatory skill).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification with substantial project execution experience (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in SAP Activate Methodology for planning and executing project strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong grasp of Agile Methodologies to enhance flexibility and responsiveness in project delivery.
  • Excellent understanding of Business Process Integration to ensure seamless SAP system integration.
  • Effective Stakeholder Management skills to align project objectives with business expectations.
  • Experienced in Data Migration Strategies ensuring smooth transition and data integrity.
  • Strong Change Management skills to drive organizational alignment with project transformations.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective project strategies and solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing queries.
  • Oversee data migration activities ensuring accuracy, integrity, and successful completion.
  • Manage project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP Activate methodology best practices.
  • Coordinate project resources effectively, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Mentor junior staff and guide the team towards achieving project milestones and deliverables.
