We're looking for a visionary IT leader to shape the future of our enterprise platforms across R&D, Commercial and Contract Lifecycle Management. What will you be doing?You'll be at the helm of a global portfolio of enterprise applications, guiding strategy, development and delivery across platforms like Salesforce, CPQ, CLM and engineering tools such as PLM and CAD. From defining multi-year roadmaps to leading large-scale cross-functional programs, you'll be the bridge between business needs and technology innovation. You'll collaborate with senior leaders across Engineering, Sales and Marketing, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure and future-ready. You'll also lead global teams and strategic vendor relationships, all while keeping compliance and cybersecurity front and centre.
What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills. You'll need to:
- Bring 18+ years of experience in enterprise application development and delivery, with at least 10 years in global leadership roles
- Have proven success implementing platforms like Salesforce, CPQ, CLM and PLM in complex, regulated environments
- Be confident managing global teams, vendor relationships and IT financials
- Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder engagement and an enterprise-wide mindset
