**Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Key Details**

**Job Summary**

The **CFO** will lead and manage the financial operations of the company, overseeing cash flow, financial planning, compliance, and analysis of financial strengths and weaknesses. The role requires close collaboration with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement strategies that support the company's growth, profitability, and long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Leadership & Strategy**:

- Oversee all financial operations, including corporate financial planning and organizational structure.
- Provide financial analysis, projections, and special project reports to Management and the Board of Directors.
- Develop and execute short
- and long-term financial forecasts.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
- Manage audit and tax functions, working closely with external audit firms to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop, implement, and enforce accounting and administrative policies and procedures.
- **Financial Planning & Risk Management**:

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with company goals.
- Identify financial risks and propose corrective actions to address weaknesses.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record as a **CFO** with at least **10 years of experience** in a senior financial leadership role.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of corporate financial laws and risk management practices.
- Expertise in data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., **SAP**) and MS Office tools.
- **Leadership & Communication**:

- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and people skills.
- Effective communicator capable of presenting complex financial data to diverse stakeholders.
