Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar — scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and follow up on internal and external meetings.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and necessary documentation for meetings.
Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Draft emails, letters, and reports on behalf of the Director.
Coordinate logistics for events, presentations, and business trips.
Ensure the Director is well-prepared and briefed for all engagements.
Maintain organized records and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a personal/executive assistant or secretary to senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to take initiative and work independently. Positive attitude and polished personality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
