We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Tour Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of tour operations, from planning and coordination to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences to clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Plan, organize, and manage domestic and international tour packages (individual and group).
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, local agents, and guides to ensure smooth tour operations.
  • Supervise tour consultants and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Handle tour quotations, costing, and itinerary preparation.
  • Manage group tours and escort travelers when required.
  • Ensure all tours meet company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and tourism trends.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote new packages.
  • Prepare reports on tour performance, profitability, and customer feedback.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in tour operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tours and handle pressure during peak seasons.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
