Position: Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative at Argmac, you will be the driving force behind our growth by acquiring high-value clients, nurturing long-term business relationships, and promoting our premium product range. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, creating market strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing Argmac's commitment to quality and luxury.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert potential high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, and corporates.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Present Argmac's product portfolio with a focus on luxury positioning, features, and value propositions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client visits to showcase craftsmanship and design excellence.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and emerging luxury lifestyle demands.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure smooth customer handover in collaboration with operations.
- Represent Argmac at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to expand brand visibility.
