Interior Architect
(2 to 5 years of experience)
Responsibilities: Prepare conceptual design ideas and building Interior drawings that address and meet exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality.Analyze user(s) requirements while participating in research, conceptual and development of designs. Present and express Architectural Interior design ideas and planning by free hand sketches.Work in a team and coordinate with other disciplines. Prepare a complete set of construction drawings, documents, specifications for Architecture Interior design and maintaining the company's graphical standards for deliverables.Requirements: B.Arch. or M'Arch, B'ID, M'ID in architecture / Architectural Interior or relevant degree.2 to 5 years of relevant experience with good level of technical competency.Very good knowledge of primary Software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Additional software Knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is plus.Good knowledge of all aspects of Architectural Interior design Textures and Material product selections.Furniture, Decorative Lighting, Equipment & Window treatment product selections and specifications.Architectural Interior Lighting and Ergonomics.Sanitary fixtures, fitting & accessory products.Disability codes and applicability to layouts.Material Sample boards.* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
