Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.Lead and manage all phases of the design process, including space planning, material selection, and furniture specification.Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and client expectations.Oversee project budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.Manage project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.1 to 6 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential projectsProven expertise in all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to execution.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray software, and other design software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and project budgets.Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
