Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Architect role located in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural and interior design projects, creating drawings and 3D models, collaborating with senior architects, and participating in client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and ensure adherence to design specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of the project on-site
  • Assist in overseeing the construction process and address any design-related issues that arise on-site.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for site activities, including site reports, progress updates, and technical drawings.
  • Review and interpret design drawings and specifications, ensuring they align with the on-site work.
  • Support senior architects and project managers in managing project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Help in resolving on-site issues, providing solutions that align with the project's design intent.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving materials, finishes, and workmanship on-site.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and any adjustments needed.
