Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of capital utility equipment such as chillers, boilers, HVAC systems, DG sets, and water treatment plants across South India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial sales, especially in pharma and process industries, with a proven record of closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in South India.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value B2B deals.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and technical presentations.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customized equipment solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of field sales experience in capital equipment/industrial products.
  • Preferred: Experience in pharma/process industries and engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Proven success in closing deals worth ₹50 lakhs to multiple crores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to Chennai & Hyderabad regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
