Role Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site position located in Bhopal. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for creating job descriptions, sourcing and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both the company and candidates. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, optimize hiring processes, and support talent acquisition goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Job Description Development to create clear and effective job postings
  • Strong expertise in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing and selection
  • Effective Communication and Interviewing skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members to meet recruitment goals
  • Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred
