Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated 
Full Stack Laravel + Developer
 with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our fast-growing team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, user-friendly web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Success in this role means writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating effectively with a small but highly skilled team, and taking ownership of projects from concept to deployment. This role is integral to our mission of delivering high-quality products that users love.

Role Summary

  1. Develop, maintain, and optimize full stack applications using 
    Laravel 12+
    , 
    (v2+)
    , 
    React
    , and 
    Tailwind CSS 4+
    .
  2. Collaborate with the design and product teams to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
  3. Integrate REST APIs and manage database interactions using 
    Eloquent ORM
    .
  4. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
  6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance and reliability.
  7. Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve efficiency and maintain code quality.

Role Summary

  1. Experience:
     1–2 years of professional experience in Laravel and React development.
  2. Technical Skills:
  3. Strong proficiency in 
    Laravel 12+
     and 
    (v2+)
    .
  4. Solid understanding of 
    React
     and 
    Tailwind CSS 4+
    .
  5. Experience with REST APIs and 
    Eloquent ORM
    .
  6. Soft Skills:
  7. Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  8. Other Requirements:
  9. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  10. Willingness to work on-site at our New Delhi Office.
