Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + Vue)

About Roots16 Edutech Pvt. Ltd.

We are a Delhi-based startup providing online Abacus and Vedic Maths learning programs to students worldwide, supported by a growing network of trainers. We are now rebuilding our core product and are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer to join us. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants faster growth, more responsibility, and the chance to accelerate into senior positions compared to traditional companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and scale web applications using Laravel, , Tailwind, and Inertia.
  • Translate business requirements into clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Work closely with the founders to plan and deliver features.
  • Set up proper version control, workflows, and follow best coding practices.
  • Take on more responsibility as the product and team grow.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • You must be a graduate (
    in any field

),
but what really matters to us are your skills, curiosity, and drive, not the title of your degree.
- Strong knowledge of Laravel (PHP) and
- Normal level of UI experience

: comfortable building clean, responsive layouts with Tailwind and basic component patterns. (

- Strong command of relational databases (MySQL), including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow quickly.
