Sales Officer – Used Car Loans. Experience Required: 1-2 years. Max CTC: 3.7 LPA. Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant Experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop consistent pipeline of applications from good quality customers who require finance for purchase of Used cars through direct sourcing, Dealers, DSAs, market references etc. Effectively manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice 'First Time Right' principle. Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies. Closely follow up Channels and keep the relationship intact and ensure no PDD is pending beyond 60 days from his channels. Understand the products & policies of Used Car Funding and offer the right scheme to the client and ensure customer's requirement is met. Desired Experience: Type of companies/sector worked for: Banks/NBFCs, should have relevant experience in used cars finance. Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations: The applicant should have experience in Used Car, should have excellent contacts in the Cars finance market. Experience in understanding Process, Car types, Client segments, dynamics of used car market is critical for this role. Languages: Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage. Computer/technical skills (if any): Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).
