Inside Sales Executive

Qualification & Skills Required:
Graduation/Post graduation- B.tech/Mba preferred experience 1-3 years
Candidates with Inside sales experience through Indiamart Ecommerce will be preferred
Same industry experience is an add on (Experience of selling Essential Oils & Fragrances)
Strong communication skills- verbal and written
Ability to multitask
Excellent cold calling and customer service skills
Ability to work on targets and achieve them
Knowledge of Microsoft office proficiency in data management
Key Responsibility Areas
Cold call and convert the leads generated on Indiamart and Ecommerce website
Creating and maintaining a database of leads and potential customers (customer information
address and other details)
Develop in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations based on customer
needs
Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets
Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives
Processing customers purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the
timely delivery of ordered products
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales
service
Reports to CEO
Work days Monday to Saturday except 4th Saturday
Work Timings 9.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M.
