Must Have Skills

  • Configuration experience of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Comp/Adv.Comp, Benefits or Payroll)
  • Played Functional Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM
  • Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
  • Configuration support for at least 3-4 clients handled on AMS model for Comp/Adv.Comp , Benefits, Absence Management or Payroll
  • Experience in Business Process setup
  • Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
