Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee and optimize farming and operational processes.
  • Proven ability in Team Management and effective Communication to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage costs and optimize resources.
  • Problem-solving mindset and decision-making skills to tackle operational challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in agriculture or farm operations management is a strong advantage.
