About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) with proven experience in acoustic solutions—including architectural acoustics, soundproofing, and noise control systems. The ideal candidate will manage strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the acoustics segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, architects, interior designers, and contractors in the acoustics industry.
- Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities within target markets such as corporate offices, studios, auditoriums, educational institutions, and hospitality projects.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate acoustic solutions, products, and services.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
- Work closely with the technical and design teams to ensure client satisfaction from concept to project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability across assigned accounts.
- Handle post-sales relationship management and ensure repeat business through proactive account servicing.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows to represent the company's acoustic portfolio
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
