About the Role
As a Sales Consultant Corporate & B2B, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales and partnerships for our companys events and travel services. The role requires strong business development skills, the ability to build and manage corporate relationships, and a proven track record in achieving sales growth in the B2B segment. You will work closely with corporate clients, HR/admin teams, and event coordinators to provide end-to-end solutions for their travel and event needs.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Client Management
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients and B2B opportunities in travel and event services.
- Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR/Admin teams, and procurement heads to generate repeat and referral business.
- Manage ongoing relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and retention.
Events & Travel Solutions
- Promote and sell our portfolio of corporate events, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and travel services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and present customized event and travel solutions tailored to corporate requirements and budgets.
- Support clients with end-to-end coordination including travel bookings, event logistics, and onsite support when required.
Business Development & Presentations
- Conduct corporate presentations, meetings, and networking activities to showcase company offerings.
- Generate proposals, prepare pricing, and close deals in line with company sales strategies.
CRM & Reporting
- Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for corporate and B2B segments.
Market Research
- Stay updated on corporate travel and events industry trends, client requirements, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Corporate/B2B Sales, preferably in travel, events, or hospitality industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term corporate relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with CXOs, HR/Admin heads, and decision-makers confidently.
- Knowledge of corporate travel, MICE operations, and event management is highly desirable.
- Strong networking skills with ability to generate new business leads.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
