Mutual Fund Operations Manager

Job Role: The incumbent will be responsible for managing and overseeing all operational activities related to investment transactions in Mutual Funds and Structured Products. This role ensures seamless client servicing, operational efficiency, and process excellence while driving digitization initiatives and maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
Oversee day-to-day operations related to investment transactions in Mutual Funds and Structured Product
Ensure smooth processing of client investments, redemptions, switches, SIPs
Drive digitization and automation of operational workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing team members to ensure comprehensive understanding and consistent adherence to operational processes, policies, and compliance standards.
Manage Partner/Client relationship and foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and service excellence
Resolve operational escalations with a client-centric approach
Lead and mentor operations professionals across transaction processing, reconciliations, and client servicing at regular intervals
Build and implement robust operational processes and controls to minimize risks and errors.
Manage Brokerage processing and payouts for Channel partners
Key Competencies:
Strong understanding of investment operations, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational processes end-to-end.
Experience with automation tools, digital platforms, or workflow management systems is a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
