Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Environmental Compliance Manager, located in Pune. The Environmental Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, developing and implementing environmental policies, and ensuring Environmental standards are met. The role also involves regular interaction with the State Environmental Department and other regulatory bodies like MPCB, CGWB etc.

Qualifications

  • Environmental Compliance
  • Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards
  • Familiarity with EPA regulations and EIA Notification and office memoranda issued by MOEF&CC from time to time.
  • Conversant with various Govt. web portals like Parivesh, ECMPCB etc
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in environmental management are a plus
  • Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is beneficial
