ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps).
  • Validate Lightning Components, Flows, Triggers, Apex classes, and API integrations.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable automation test cases using Playwright, Selenium, or Robot Framework.
  • Work with SOQL, Postman, and API testing for Salesforce REST/SOAP services.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide test estimates and reports.
  • Ensure complete test coverage and traceability from requirements to test cases.
  • Maintain version control and automation code reviews via Git.
  • Contribute to test data creation, environment setup, and UAT support.
  • Research and implement best practices for continuous improvement in test automation.
  • Document test strategies, frameworks, and test execution reports.
  • Ensure high-quality releases through continuous testing and validation in all environments.
