As a Product Manager you will be responsible for building and executing on new initiatives and
roadmaps. You need to understand the market, customers and build business cases for new
product opportunities. You will also have to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch
and beyond.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Creating a long term road map of Adtech products- DSPs, SSPs, networks, exchanges,
DMPs, attribution, etc.
● Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on mechanics of digital Ad
ecosystem.
● Develop a roadmap to develop best-in-class product/ solutions and implement it via
working with Analytics and Engineering teams.
● Work with the engineering team to implement these products.

● Gathering requirements from product owners/clients regarding features, functionalities,
challenges & design etc.
● Developing a strategy with other stakeholders, to efficiently manage product
development from conception to release.
● Defining tasks and priorities and assigning them to available resources.
● Coordinating with the development and testing team to deliver the product within the
agreed timeline.
● Providing demos & maintaining the flow of development.
● Aligning interests of the development team with the product owner/clients &
communicating in case of a delay/issue.
● Communicating a clear Product Road Map to the product owner/client
