About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Automation and AI product development to lead our high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing complex, cross-functional teams and delivering innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Automation and AI-based products and solutions.
  • Manage project lifecycle planning, execution, delivery, and post-deployment support.
  • Coordinate with US-based teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Define project scope, milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to drive high performance and innovation.
  • Provide status updates and progress reports to senior leadership.

Mandatory Qualifications (as per Nicks checklist):

  • Proven experience in AI/Automation Project Management.
  • Prior exposure to US Geography projects/teams.
  • Technical background (Engineering/Computer Science or related field).
  • PMP certification (preferred) with 10+ years of total experience
  • Prior experience working in night shifts or overlapping US time zones.
  • Strong ties or willingness to relocate to Dehradun.
