Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Technical Sales Engineer
to join our team and support our growth across key markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise and customer engagement, and who is passionate about delivering innovative chemical solutions to industrial clients.

What will you be doing?
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate chemical products and solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with R&D, product management, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Support Product Trials: Assist in product demonstrations, trials, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.

Who are You?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of chemical formulations and industrial applications.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally or internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
