Role & responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all MEP equipment HVAC systems, electrical panels, UPS, DG sets, transformers,fire alarm systems, access control, lighting, plumbing, and water systems.
  2. Good Communication Skills.
  3. Monitor and ensure uptime of critical IT support systems – precision air conditioning units, server room power and cooling, UPS systems, and data centre infrastructure.
  4. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules as per OEM and AMC guidelines.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance,breakdowns, and energy consumption.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  7. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for repair and service work.
  8. Support IT and BMS (Building Management System) integration for efficient operations.
  9. Monitor power and utility consumption to identify energy-saving opportunities.
  10. Ensure optimal operation of HVAC and lighting systems to maintain comfort with energy efficiency.
  11. Support sustainability initiatives in alignment with American Express's ESG and green building goals.
  12. Ensure all systems comply with local statutory regulations, safety codes, and company policies.
  13. Maintain documentation for audits – checklists, permits, PPM schedules, calibration reports, and safety records.
  14. Supervise and guide technicians and support staff in daily operations.
  15. Serve as the technical point of contact for the American Express site.
  16. Attend daily/weekly client meetings and share operational reports.
  17. Address and close all client complaints and service requests within SLA timelines.

  • Electrical: LT Panels, DG Sets, Transformers, UPS, Lighting, Power Distribution Systems
  • Plumbing: Water Supply, Drainage, Pumps, Valves, STP/WTP (if applicable)
  • Fire & Safety: Fire Alarm Systems,Sprinklers, Smoke Detectors, Fire Extinguishers
  • IT Infrastructure Support: Server Room Cooling, UPS Backup, Access Control, CCTV, BMS
