Job Description: Sales Executive – Hospitality Location: Work From Home (WFH) withQuarterly Team MeetupsExperience: 2–3 years (Sales – B2B &B2C)Budget: ₹3.5 – 4 LPARole Overview:We are hiring a Sales Executive who canhandle both inbound and outbound sales with a focus on closing deals throughcold calling and lead engagement. The ideal candidate is confident,target -driven, and possesses real sales experience—not just customer serviceexposure. This role comes with a fast -track career path to a Sales Lead position within 6months, based on performance.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct inside sales via coldcalls and follow -ups on inbound leads.· Pitch The Glampies' offeringsto both B2C customers and B2B clients (corporates, event planners, etc.).· Travel within Bangalore andTumkur regions for B2B sales meetings (occasional).· Meet monthly targets andcontribute to overall revenue growth.· Maintain CRM records andprovide regular sales reports.RequirementsRequirements:· 2–3 years of proven salesexperience (B2B and B2C).· Fluency in Kannada and Hindi ismandatory.· Strong persuasion and closingskills.· Experience in the hospitalitydomain is a plus.· Willingness to travel locallyfor B2B outreach.· Male candidates preferred dueto travel requirements.· Must be available for quarterlyin -person team meetings (1 week every 3 months; non -negotiable).BenefitsWhat We Offer:· Fixed salary: ₹3.5 – 4 LPA· Fast -track growth to Sales Leadrole in 6 months.· Flexible WFH environment withstructured performance goals.· Chance to be part of a growing,premium hospitality brand.
