Experience: 1year
Salary Range- 20,000-25,000 pm.
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
2 . Onboarding & Training
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
- Provide training or demos on product features and best practices.
3 . Customer Retention & Growth
- Monitor customer usage and satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, cross-selling, or upselling.
- Reduce churn rate through proactive engagement.
4 . Feedback & Product Improvement
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product and support teams.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
5 .Reporting & Metrics
- Maintain customer records in CRM software.
- Prepare reports on customer health, usage, and engagement metrics.
- Track Net Promoter Score (NPS) and renewal rates.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Empathy and active listening
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Time management and multitasking
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations
- Experience in SaaS / Tech / Financial services is an added advantage
