We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Marut Air, an industry leader in Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Machine Tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of machine tools and industrial equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
