We are looking for a dynamic individual who can plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, produce and edit videos for our online presence, and effectively run digital ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging and educational content (posts, reels, shorts, infographics) for SSC/Bank aspirants.
  • Write captions, hooks, and descriptions in both English & Malayalam (preferred).
  • Develop content calendars and coordinate regular posting schedules.

2. Video Production & Editing

  • Shoot and edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and background music for a professional look.
  • Collaborate with faculty and students to produce interview-style or classroom videos.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage official pages on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Monitor analytics, track engagement, and suggest improvements.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and build an active online community.

4. Ads & Promotions

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Track campaign performance and report results weekly.
  • Suggest creative ad strategies to attract more students.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of social media trends & algorithms.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Dashboard.
  • Good communication and writing skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for education-based content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Freshers with strong creative skills and portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
