Job Title: Social Media Manager (Client Communication & Strategy)

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi | Type: Full-time | Experience: 2–4 years

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can handle client communication, manage social media strategies, and drive brand engagement across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with our creative and development teams to build strong online presences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Handle direct client communication and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Oversee content creation, posting schedules, and community management.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize content strategies.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and platform innovations.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management and client management
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
