Company Overview:Dock Social is a dynamic and innovative agency seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager cum Performance Marketer. As a part of the Dock Social team, you'll be integral to shaping our digital presence and driving measurable results through strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Dock Social's goals.
- Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Content Creation:

- Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media channels, maintaining Dock Social's brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling multimedia content.

Community Management:

- Foster and nurture online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement community engagement initiatives to enhance Dock Social's brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Performance Marketing:

- Design and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- A/B test and experiment with different strategies to improve campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze social media and performance marketing metrics, providing regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure integrated and cohesive campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the Dock Social table.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Performance Marketer.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and performance marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
