**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media plans into broader marketing initiatives.
- Content Planning and Creation:
- Create engaging and compelling content across social media platforms, including text, image, video, and interactive formats.
- Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Utilize analytics and insights to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers, fans, and influencers to build and nurture a vibrant online community.
- Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and amplify positive brand sentiment.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, or conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on platform changes and best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Social Media Monitoring and Analysis:
- Use social media monitoring tools to track performance metrics, sentiment analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Generate regular reports on social media KPIs and insights, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve overall social media strategy and performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, PR, customer service, and product teams, to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, agencies, influencers, and other relevant parties to coordinate collaborative initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a strategic role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
