Job Overview:

As the Blockchain Web3 Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction, strategy, and execution of our blockchain initiatives. You will lead a team of skilled engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and deployment of scalable and innovative blockchain solutions. Leveraging your expertise in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and Web3 frameworks, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our users and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster growth and development
• Define the technical architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies for blockchain projects, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize features, and align technical solutions with business objectives
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols on various blockchain platforms
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality, performance, and security of blockchain solutions, adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and standards to inform technical decisions, innovation strategies, and product roadmaps
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, adopt new technologies, and enhance productivity
• Collaborate with external partners, open-source communities, and industry stakeholders to contribute to the advancement of blockchain technology and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in blockchain development, with a focus on smart contracts, dApps, and Web3 solutions
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Expertise in blockchain programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Go, and proficiency in front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, cryptographic principles, and decentralized networks
• Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix, and familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and standards
