Are you a finance professional who understands how crypto and Web3 accounting works?

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance who can manage multi-entity bookkeeping, ensure compliance, and handle accounting across both traditional and blockchain-based operations.

Role Overview

You will lead the end-to-end accounting and finance function for a fast-growing Web3 ecosystem operating across multiple international jurisdictions. The role requires someone who's detail-oriented, adaptable to working across different time zones, and comfortable handling both fiat and crypto transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for multiple group entities.
  • Maintain books of accounts (crypto + fiat) in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with local accountants and auditors for monthly/annual closings, reconciliations, and tax filings across jurisdictions (India, UAE, Europe, etc.).
  • Track and record crypto transactions, token movements, wallet balances, and smart-contract based revenues.
  • Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards for the leadership team.
  • Support in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and inter-company transfers.
  • Liaise with external consultants for tax, compliance, and statutory audits.
  • Ensure accurate cross-entity consolidation and timely reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA / CMA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to Web3, crypto exchanges, or blockchain startups.
  • Deep understanding of crypto accounting principles — wallet reconciliations, cost basis, gas fees, token valuation, etc.
  • Familiar with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools, and ideally some crypto accounting software.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across time zones and international entities.
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and willingness to work hard in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
