**Job Title:** Junior Business Analyst

The Junior Business Analyst supports the analytics and project teams by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and assisting in the delivery of data‑driven solutions. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 0‑2 years of analytical experience who are eager to develop strong business‑analysis skills in a fast‑moving environment.

• **Requirement Elicitation & Documentation**

• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and observation sessions.

• Capture functional and non‑functional requirements in clear, concise documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, requirement specs).

• **Process Mapping & Analysis**

• Create and maintain process flowcharts, swim‑lane diagrams, and SOPs using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in current workflows.

• **Data Support**

• Assist senior analysts with data extraction, cleansing, and basic analysis using Excel, SQL, or Power BI/Tableau.

• Prepare simple dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).

• **Testing & Validation**

• Support the creation of test plans, test cases, and conduct functional testing.

• Track and log defects, and verify resolutions with development teams.

• **Project Coordination**

• Maintain requirement traceability matrices and update project status trackers.

• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to the project team and stakeholders.

• **Documentation & Knowledge Management**

• Store and organize project artefacts in the team's repository (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).

• Contribute to the development of best‑practice guidelines and templates.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.

• Knowledge of process‑mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) |
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
