Company Description

Turns is an operating system built specifically for dry cleaners and laundries worldwide to manage their businesses and grow revenues. We are part pf PayRange group ( a $B platform serving some of the largest laundry operators across US/Canada) . Turns helps laundromats of all different scale and types to grow, manage and promote their business from one single platform with features like building new distribution channels for customers via personalized store apps, to enable pickup and delivery through a dedicated driver app and third party delivery partners like Doordash , take online payments, and manage operations. For large dry cleaning and laundry chains, Turns unifies processes across multiple locations, manages expenses and employees, and provides an admin view to gather all store data in one place. For on-demand dry cleaning and laundry startups, Turns facilitates rapid scaling to new locations without physical stores, reaching new customers via personalized apps and offering on-premises payments.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demand Generation Specialist located in Noida. The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, utilizing marketing analytics to measure and optimize campaigns, communicating effectively across teams, and implementing marketing automation tools. The role also involves close collaboration with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

We primarily target US based business, and this will be our prime first market.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation
  • Proficient in Marketing Analytics and Communication
  • Sales skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus
