Performance Marketing Manager EdTech (Bangalore)|18-22 LPA|

Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end performance marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, enrollment, and revenue growth. Youll manage Google Ads campaigns, optimize budgets, collaborate with creative teams, and leverage data to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute Google Ads strategy (Search, Display, YouTube/Video).
  • Manage campaign setup, optimization, and scaling to meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams on ad copy, creatives, and landing page testing (A/B & multivariate).
  • Implement tracking, analytics, and reporting for accurate attribution and KPI measurement.
  • Monitor CPL, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Quality Score; analyze performance and iterate.
  • Forecast and manage budgets, reallocating spend based on results.
  • Mentor junior marketers and collaborate across growth, product, and operations teams.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads across formats.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition metrics: ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing, budget management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in EdTech, subscription, or consumer businesses.
  • Knowledge of automation tools, programmatic display, or international markets.
  • Familiarity with other paid channels like Meta or affiliate marketing.

Retention Marketing Manager InsureTech (Mumbai)| 12-15 LPA

Role Overview:

Drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention strategies to maximize lifetime value. Youll design lifecycle campaigns, analyze user behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce churn and boost satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase retention and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and sales teams to align retention initiatives with business goals.
  • Execute targeted engagement campaigns via WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngage across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for personalized engagement.
  • Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and continuously optimize retention tactics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in retention marketing.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years in retention marketing or customer lifecycle management in B2C apps.
  • Hands-on experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngage.

Great to Have:

  • Experience in insurance or fintech domains.
  • Familiarity with tools like Appsflyer, MixPanel, or Google Analytics.
