Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Manager – Lobby at The Park Hotels in Indore. The Assistant Manager – Lobby will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel lobby, including managing guest arrivals and departures, ensuring exceptional guest services, and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations. The role involves handling guest queries or issues proactively and maintaining a high level of hospitality standards. It also includes supervising the front office team, monitoring lobby ambiance, and fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.

  • Organizational skills, Multitasking capabilities, and Attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or customer-focused roles
  • Familiarity with front office operations and reservation systems is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to varying shifts
