Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (DST) Gold Loan

Location: Multiple

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

SALARY - BASED ON PREVIOUS SALARY WILL BE HIKE

ESI + PF + INCENTIVE

Work Location - SALEM , CHENNAI , TIRICHY , HOSUR, MADURAI

Key Responsibilities

* Generate daily leads and source gold loan business from the open market.

* Conduct field visits, interact with customers, and explain product offerings.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently.

* Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat and referral

business.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during

sourcing.

* Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.

Requirements

* Graduate / 12th pass with relevant field sales experience.

* 13 years of experience in DST sales / BFSI sector / loan products (gold loan

preferred).

* Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

* Strong communication, convincing, and customer relationship skills.

* Target-driven, self-motivated, and ready to work in a competitive market.
