Lead and supervise daily operations of the loan department, including origination, underwriting, processing, and disbursement.

Generate own leads related to gold and field work.
- Monitor and manage the loan portfolio to ensure performance, compliance, and mínimal delinquency.
- Develop and implement lending policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of loan officers and support staff.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources (realtors, brokers, developers, etc.).
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth strategies, lending targets, and product innovation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI/NBFC/Banking guidelines and audit standards.
- Use data analytics to track loan trends, customer behavior, and recommend improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,651.09 - ₹28,708.85 per month
