Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. The intern will assist in lead generation, client communication, market research, and promoting Innovartic Solutions' services. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in business development and IT sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms and databases
- Assist in generating leads for IT services (software, digital marketing, automation, etc.)
- Contact prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Schedule meetings and demos for the senior business development team
- Maintain client data and update CRM or Excel sheets
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Understand company services and explain them to clients
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into potential clients
- Assist in marketing activities and outreach campaigns
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets

Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided)
- MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and email writing skills
- Ability to learn quickly and handle client interactions
- Confidence while speaking with customers
- Time management and problem-solving skills

- Any graduate or pursuing graduation (BBA, BCom, BSc, BCA, MBA, etc.)
- Freshers are welcome
