We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong understanding of hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Support HR team in other related tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
