Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end field recruitment for assigned roles Source candidates through local networks, referrals, and on-ground hiring activities Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain candidate data and recruitment records Meet hiring targets within defined timelines Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a field recruiter or similar role Fluency in the local language (Tamil) is mandatory Strong local contacts and networking skills Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets Good communication and coordination skills
