If not planned → decide content type (Machine Feature / Customer Testimonial / Behind-the-Scenes / Quote).
Write caption + hashtags (English + Hindi/Marathi if needed).
Design post/reel cover/story in Canva/Photoshop.
Edit customer testimonial/reel (if available).
Publish on:
Instagram Feed + Story
Facebook Page
WhatsApp Business Status
YouTube Shorts (if video available)

Lead Follow-up & WhatsApp Marketing
