Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms to achieve ROI targets.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
  • Manage social media channels end-to-end, including strategy, content calendars, posting, engagement, and community building.
  • Create and oversee content production (blogs, creatives, social media posts, ad copies, newsletters, etc.) aligned with brand voice and business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics dashboards.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of managed campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong content writing/editing and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
