Key Responsibilities
Business Development / B2B Sales
- Conduct B2B sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions
- Identify new opportunities via visits, networking, and research
- Work with internal teams for seamless order execution
- Handle sales pressure with a positive and confident attitude
Sales – Infra & PSU (Integrated Section)
- Identify and develop business opportunities in Infra & PSU segments
- Conduct client visits & market research across Maharashtra
- Negotiate deals and manage complete sales cycle
- Coordinate with teams for smooth deliveries
- Meet monthly & quarterly revenue goals
Requirements
- Any Graduate
(B.Tech / MBA preferred) - 2–5 years of experience
in B2B Sales / Steel / TMT / Tubes & Pipes - Strong knowledge of Maharashtra market
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to understand engineering products
- Willing to travel (Infra & PSU role requirement)
- Proven success in achieving sales targets
