Key Responsibilities
Business Development / B2B Sales

  • Conduct B2B sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions
  • Identify new opportunities via visits, networking, and research
  • Work with internal teams for seamless order execution
  • Handle sales pressure with a positive and confident attitude

Sales – Infra & PSU (Integrated Section)

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in Infra & PSU segments
  • Conduct client visits & market research across Maharashtra
  • Negotiate deals and manage complete sales cycle
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth deliveries
  • Meet monthly & quarterly revenue goals


Requirements

  • Any Graduate
    (B.Tech / MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in B2B Sales / Steel / TMT / Tubes & Pipes
  • Strong knowledge of Maharashtra market
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand engineering products
  • Willing to travel (Infra & PSU role requirement)
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets
