Responsibilities and Duties
As a Business Development Executive at RendersPoint, you'll focus on acquiring and nurturing client relationships while identifying opportunities in real estate, architecture, and design sectors. Your work will directly contribute to the company's growth by connecting potential clients with our 3D visualization services. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads via networking, LinkedIn, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Sales & Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales pitches, showcasing the value of our 3D visualization services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the 3D visualization team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project outputs.

- Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for 3D visualization, architecture, or real estate
- Strong lead generation capabilities through multiple channels

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum experience: 2–3 years in business development, sales, or client management
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred
